Registration

Please use this link Registration to make first step to registration.

Your request will be sent to hotel sales. After that you will receive confirmation form for room. To confirm registration you must pay at least 50 % in advance for the room.

Registration should be done until 31.07.2015

Entry fee

The competition entry fee is 70,00 €
Organizer does not cover the costs incurred by the competitors to third parties or costs incurred from third-party to competitors. Each competitor must be insured against damage caused to third parties or other competitors.

Flying field

Judges

Competitor number

Competitors are invited to inform us with his lucky number. Competitor lucky number will be competitor number on Moonlight Cup.

Flight order

Flight order will be done with draw on Friday during final registration on competition flying field.

Calibration Flight

Calibration flight for P program will be perform randomly by one of the competitors present during the competition, same for the calibration flight for F program.

Frequency

2,4 GHz only

Schedule

Complaints

All complaints must be presented in writing to the Contest Director at the competition flying field and must be accompanied by a deposit of 35,00 €.
The deposit is returned if the complaint is upheld only.

Anti-doping

In case a competitor has to take any of the substances listed on the WADA Prohibited List for medical treatment then he must have a Therapeutic Use Exemption from the FAI.

Awards

Crystal vase from Rogaška Slatina for the three first and diplomas for all competitors.

Meals

Friday and Sunday
With limited number of helpers for friday and sunday we can order meal from hotel. They will prepare for us and also drive meals to us. We can choose:

Domači narezek	Lokalni burger
Cevapcici	Kranjska klobasa

Saturday
Field bar with barbecue will be open from 12:00 to 14:00.

Hotels & Accommodation

This year we will be guests in two hotels. Distance between hotels is only 50,0 m. No matter in which hotel you will be accommodated, dinner will be served in Hotel Kompas Bled.
